restore firmware 2.2.1 using itunes. Plug in you ipod, when it pops up on itunes click upgrade, allow it to restore once finished they should be back on

connect your ipod onto your computer then bring up itunes
go to your ipods settings and click update
when you first open itunes it will ask you if you want to update.
unless you have the latest version
go to itunes go to the page where u sync then press restore
if they are gone make sure the parental controls are off for those 2
